TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% refund for the tour cancelled before 30 days of arrival date, payment transfer charges will be charged.
• 50% refund for the tour cancelled between 20 to 30 days of arrival date.
• No refund for the tour cancelled less than 20 days of arrival date and for the change of itinerary.
• During unavoidable circumstances (death, natural calamities etc.)
• unused payment will be refunded, this doesn’t include flight fare & hotels.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION POLICY : (DOCUMENTATION CHARGE USD 25/TICKET)

• 100% refund for cancellation made before 30 days of travel date (Documentation charge applicable).
• 50% refund for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days of travel date.
• NO refund for cancellation made less than 15 days of travel date.
• Documentation charge applicable for the change of dates, sectors etc (issued tickets only).
PAYMENT: (NO CREDIT CARD FACILITY)
• 50% payment is required while confirming the tour.
• 100% or remaining payment must be made one month prior to the arrival date.
• Bank details will be provided on request by Back To Bhutan Management

CONDITION

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on the availability of the hotels.
• Change of itinerary/hotel is NOT entertained once the itinerary is accepted and finalized by both the parties.
• Guests have to pay directly for any change of itinerary.
• For trekking, if the group finishes the trek or incomplete the trek before the scheduled date, the guests must pay directly for the extra days.
• Change of hotels/itinerary is not entertained after arrival.
